Every wing of society has different committees and no one is aligned to one another, no basic drinkingPMC water, water received for daily use is from tankers and is stinky, hard and invite lot of health issues.

No basic amenities like child play area and GYM area are maintained and its a blame game of one wing committee putting on other.

Frequent water shortages, guards have freedom to spit around in common areas, huge traffic outside society main gate,

Location is good - builder is worst .

Only location wise is very good.

Problem is with builder providing quality of material.

If some one ask me the rating for builder I will say

-(-Ve) 10000000000

Lot of issues like:-



  • Gas pipeline mention in brochure but builder is not going to residentis pending because builder is not going to pay security deposit.



  • There is no corporation water inside society every where commitment which is false I be leave on what I see now.





-Society common area level is big issues you can see easily lots of up & down.


  • Terracewater directly coming on floor block in common areawhich may ugly & dirty in all season specially in rainy season.





-Parking are not yet assign.

-Door, lock quality not good as expected by cost of property.

-No attractive lobby or anything you can see easily.

-Quality of plaster & construction inside flat is notgoodyou can check easily.

Location wise, Wakad is good place for families to live.

Minor concerns with regards to facilities and amenities are observed. Leaking pipes and broken common area tiles. This is brought to the builders notice for correction.

Brochure mentions about piped gas provision, but no clarity on whether builder will provide or residents will pay. MNGL needs refundable deposit from the residents for gas connection, and according to the builder the residents should pay this deposit.

Most of quality issues.

Society common area level - uneven big issue.

Plaster quality issue.

Building top portion is not as shown in Projected image.

Door quality, lock quality worst.

Closed / Open Parking not yet define.

Work not done as per plan.

Most of false commitment.
