I'm here to mention about the fraud racket runned by sanaya reality developers runned by vikas sutaria and his father satish sutaria.

We had a redevelopment project of our building undertaken by sanaya reality on around 2009 in parel and still today(2015) we are yet to receive our possession in new building krish royale. He promises everything with his sweet talks but does not fulfill anything.

In present senerio he completed the building work in 6 yrs and now demanding extra money from tenants for having possession.He stopped our rent one year back and and now he mentions he has provided extra area to us on rule of fungible FSI so we have to pay him at rate of 25 thousand per sq. Feet. He deny anything to be given in written and threat us about denying possesion in our own house if we don't give him money he wants.

At present situation he has left all the tenant of building homeless and there is huge question mark on our future residence.

So guys please have a check on your builder and be aware of their rackets to take money from us and if your planing to buy home from sanaya reality please avoid it as he just want money from us nothing else.
