Dear All,

I had purchased an apartment in one of their projects near Vazhayila in 2012. As per the agreement, if there is no progress we have the right to cancel the purchase and they would return the agreed money.

After one year there was no progress and so we have asked them to return the money as per the agreement. Even after 4 years they are unable to return the agreed amount.

Now its been years since I started following up. They have given multiple post-dated cheques which never had money in accounts. Now we could see so many customers coming to their office daily for getting the money back.

In spite of all these issues, they had super luxurious life with Audi, Benz and all. This is my third post here for the same issue. When I had posted bad reviews, Mr.John had called me multiple times to convince me to remove/edit the reviews. After having had a long discussion, I agreed to edit my review post hearing all his promises. Now I realised that I shouldn’t have modified my comments.

Please don't go by whatever they say. Many of the residents have got bad experience with them and are trying for a refund. They are very smart in deceiving the customers. They do not have any value for the words!

And now they are ABSCONDING after wrongdoings! At same time public is running pillar to post to get their hard earned money back!

I have bought an apartment Yellow Sapphire - Samson and Sons Builders in Trivandrum under the influence of my brother who is residing in Kottayam. I am very happy with the quality of Apartment construction and also satisfied with the Samson and Sons Builders.The building was completed in right time . I am very thankful and grateful to Samson and Sons builders in completion of my dream Apartment  to Reality. I am very much happy about the apartment which could meet my own budget. Their customer Service is perfect and helped me a lot in financial matters . I am very pleased and impressed with the client dealing.

Samson and Sons seems to be going down hill ever since John Jacob has taken over. The company is facing litigation issues and everyone dealing with them should beware!

The project is in limbo due to legal issues and people lost money. A stop memo was issued to Samson and Sons. They continued to do work after which the residents had to complain to the police. Police interfered and directed the petitioner to stop construction.

I am a Surgeon from Trivandrum.I was attracted to a 7 star Apartment Project of this Builder.

He offered a competitive rate for good amenities. I paid a sum of 20 Lac as first installment in  February 2013

He was supposed to hand over by 31st May 2015

Now Experts say this cannot be completed in next 3 or even more years with the full amenities he mentioned.

I was trying for a refund .Even after passing 15 months from proposed date of completion, no end in sight. I have no option but to approach the consumer redressal forum and took legal opinions.

Its heard that their bank accounts are empty,

and there is no chance of a refund in near future

Any body who has details of how to approach the Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

They should be penalized. Nobody should dare to do such things in future.

They are bit costlier but the quality and amenities they provide are worth to the cost. Every apartments are constructed in acres providing lots of open space with eco friendly atmosphere. The amenities consist of club houses with swimming pool, party hall, gym, hospitals and recreation area. They have the best securities and admin department who take care of the flat and amenities well. So I recommended

Brilliant project with same quality of Samson and Sons' premium projects yet it is affordable to my pocket.,

I am happy with my decision to buy in Samson and Sons Neptune.

If you visit you must step out of their sales office and see the "Life Style" showroom for Building materials & "i design" Interior design wing. there is enough information available in their office and  bankers are their to help you understand your expenses month on month

Based on the view about the Samson and Sons Builders & Developers(P) Ltd. on this website, I would like to share my personal experience.

I am George Antony retired professor of an engineering college in Bangalore. I and my wife booked an apartment for my daughter at Blue Diamond and they done key handover in right time. We are satisfied with the Samsonandsons Team. According to my view, they are very loyal to the customers .They suggested many ideas while booking the project and very supportive and co-operating. Even though I am in Bangalore, the team members used to update me all the step by step developments of the project in right time.

Now I am quiet impressed with the current project of AngelWoods of Samsonandsons. We are planning to book an apartment in the AngelWoods.

I recently came across some negative reviews on Samson and Sons Builders & Developers(P) Ltd. on this website and contrary to that review, my experience with samson and sons has been outstanding. I booked an apartment at Meridian Heights early in 2012 and they delivered the project to me on time with extra discounts and fittings.

The managing director Mr. John Jacob had been extremely supportive in helping me get the financial support I needed to purchase the apartment.

I believe in this builder and so should you!
