Sam India Built Well, Greater Noida

It is not registered under RERA. RERA has Nexus with SAM. RERA don't cover SAM even after complaints. SAM harass buyers by offering false possession date during sale. We offered possession in June 2014 when we booked on 1.6.13 an now SAM is offering possession.??? SAM is keep changing names and it has shut it's dummy Regd. Office in Noida. They offer you cheap quality dustbin type flat like we offered after 3 -4 years delay. Once booked anybody SAM flat it start blackmailing. I complained to RERA but Mr. Balwinder of Bench-2 rejected our complaint. Mr. Abrar, IAS RERA officer also rejected our complaint. Yogi' UP RERA is pure cheating. RERA is builder welfare organization.
