It has been seen since the past few months now that many of the buyers have started to refuse to put their offer in writing and insists on a verbal negotiation. This leads to the buyer possibly missing out on necessary details regarding, price, terms and settlement.

They have no issues telling lies just to make sure that the property is sold. It is terrible to see the lengths that they would go to in order to sell the property.

No eqaul freedom to use the amenities.

Everyone does not get equal freedom to use the amenities and facilities in this building. One person has the keys to the terrace and the table tennis court room and he hardly lets anyone else use it.

Although the ready reckoner rates have been above the market rates which facilitates the builders to get themselves funded for the loan, however it is not relatively affordable for aspiring home buyers in Mumbai since the rates have upsurged to a considerable extent which is not suited for people in the general norms.

Utility connections not in line

There are many cases from the past where the Utility connections are not provided full-fledge once the Registration is complete since the builder is not assigned completion certificate or the No Objection Certificate from the Government.

The possession was delayed to such an extent and then they also made us sign an agreement that we did not fully agree to and we are bearing the burnt of it now.

Not in demand projects

There have been many projects for which the demands have not raised as much compared to the affordable units in the PG or rentable states that can easily find its way for home leasers or buyers. The need for homebuyers to purchase launched projects that were not in line to their demand should curb.
