It has been since several months that flat purchasers did not shell out extra money for parking whether it was for open or stilt. Despite of this, the consultants have been seen charging extra fees. This should not be the case ideally.

Remote are

This is such a remote area to live in. They said that we will have all the facilities and amenities in the building since it is far away from the main hub of the town but they did not give us what they promise and we have to travel quite a bit to even buy vegetables.

The builder tends to increase the rates after the initial payment of the token is done. This is highly unexpected by the owner who comes with a general interest to invest in a property in terms of buying it and making a good profit over the same.

Horrible drainage system

Their pipes and drainage systems are not well done because of which we have to bear with a horrible smell that is sickening. Also there are other areas of the building that has not been looked into because of which there have been so many problems caused.
