I had purchased a plot in firefly project of sairung developer and I say they provide best serive to customer also they provide clear information they clear each every doubt of customer. I am very happy invest money in sairung developer. also there is good deal invest land near to nagar highway will definity give me ROI in future

I have also planned to purchase the plot from sairung but lots of people told me that don’t buy a plot from sairung developers because they did not provide plot registration on time. Also cross checked the online negative reviews and comments but there are also some positive comments.

So went to sairung's office and they have provided me a good deal at bhor with just minimum token amount alo less effort

I was looking for a plot in Hinjewadi as I work there . And then I heard about Sairung . I booked a plot in Sairung . The project is huge, more than 120 acres . The constructions are superb . It is the only developer giving 5 years emi option in Hinjewadi in a proposed residential zone area . I have been very happy with their service and maintenance of the project . Initially I was doubtful about sairung services because of the negative comments on social platform when I was purchase plot from sairung developer project firefly.

They provide good service also staff was cooperative also one of my friend is invest money in sairung without any doubt.Till date . Have not faced any problem I hope I won't in the future.Else progress is good and good returns

I recently seen a plot in Blueberry, the project of sairung . It was my first time buying a plot when I met sell person who arrange site visit of that plot and his advice was invaluable, helpful and maintained communication throughout the process . they have good options of lands too. Also I want to invest my money and land is better place to invest. Sairung provide multiple choice of plot at prime location of pune.

I really wanted a bungalow near my work place so I started searching. On the way to work I kept seeing sairung's boards and projects everyday but when I searched about them online the reviews were terrible. One day I sat with my friends and was discussing about bungalow plots, he suddenly suggested sairung with blind trust and told me that don't completely believe the online reviews. He said that just make sure you meet the owner when you make your deal and not any manager. So I went and met Sharukh the director, he seemed like an honest guy so decided to invest with them in sairung firefly. As of now my sale deed is done, the saath baara is in my individual name.

I went for Sairung's launch near Wagholi last month, booked 3 plots as it was completely NA sanctioned and got a bank loan approved for 90% of the amount. They are very transparent with their deal and it was a good experience. Planning to recommend my friends . N A property is really important for immediate construction . I always wanted N.A. plot so that I can build my own house . I just hope the further process goes smoothly again.
