I really appreciate their patience because it took one month to finalize the plot. I bought plots at Nasrapur last year from Sairung developers. The rate was quite affordable. This year due to some liquid cash issue have to sell back both my plots to Sairung developers. In return I thought I would not make much profit, but instead I made reasonably good profit. The process too, was taken care by them till the end. Thank you Sairung developers, if in future I want to invest, I will surely look forward to doing it with Sairung Developers.

My husband has bought a plot from Sairung developers quite recently. I was expecting the builders to be like ordinary builders who care only till the sale of the plot. Visited their project at hinjawadi, we were looking for 2 gunthas to build a house with good budget. Sales Team shown us Good location and explained upcoming development in and around project. We asked for plot documents before booking of plot and they have shown us immediately. I was happy with clear titled plot and booked nice Deal.

Hi there I came from small village and seeing the plotting project in Hinjewadi wanted to buy plot. So visited Sairung Developers. After visiting their projects I went to check the reviews and asked some friends. Out of which 80% told me to go ahead. I made up my mind and purchase one 2 guntha plot before 2 years. I am satisfied with appreciation as of now. By the end of the year I am planning to purchase one more. The management is very good. Sometimes going ahead with the deal gives you good returns. Ignore Negative.

I went to Sairung Developers to inquire about the plot in Hinjewadi about 4.5 years ago. Their representative Mr. Mukund has given me all the information about the project and shown in resale plot. Which eventually I purchased the same. As promised by him and the management the sale deed was registered and got 7/12 extract before time. Recently I was in need of money for some family emergency. I approached Sairung Developer for resale my plot. The transaction happened so fast that within one month I got my money with almost double the price I invested out of which I was requiring only half of the amount and balance I again invested in their new project. Happy to be with Sairung Developers. Thanks to them.

with no hassle intially I thought dealing with them due to negative feedback bout them but will just meet them once but after we went to sairung office we get great deal at sairung project at hinjewadi.
