I went to Sairung Developers to inquire about the plot in Hinjewadi about 4.5 years ago. Their representative Mr. Mukund has given me all the information about the project and shown in resale plot. Which eventually I purchased the same. As promised by him and the management the sale deed was registered and got 7/12 extract before time. Recently I was in need of money for some family emergency. I approached Sairung Developer for resale my plot. The transaction happened so fast that within one month I got my money with almost double the price I invested out of which I was requiring only half of the amount and balance I again invested in their new project. Happy to be with Sairung Developers. Thanks to them.
