1. Without informing Sairung measures/ed my plot size and attempted to sell already sold plot to new prospective customer.

   
   




2. Sairung made/makes numerous calls to me and other customer putting pressure to sell the plot so that they can buy back and sell to other customers.

   
   




3. Sairung has cheated many customers and has failed on its commitment to build road and provide electricity to the plot owners.

   
   




4. Sairung also tried to sell the land on the main road. Few plot owners has already registered case in Pune District court against Sairung Developer.
