I have had very bad experience with shiradi avenue builders - sai ram infrastructure. There is dispute between land owners and builders.

Both builders and land owners are trying to cheat customers with false messages. No buildings are complete fully and they are trying to handover without completing full work by getting full amount of money. Incomplete building work, company not able to pay salary to employees, financial problems, dispute between land owners and builders, No drainage facility, no common utilities like good roads. Many are ready to file police complaint against shiradi avenue land owners and builders.

Sri Sairam Infrastructure is THE worst builders ever.

The houses are delayed for 3years even after full payment.

biggest cheaters.

They will talk like they will do everything on the next monday but that will never happen.

BEWARE OF THESE GUYS.

ESP IT GUYS IN THE SARAVANAMPATTI AREA.

DON'T FALL PREY FOR THESE PEOPLE.

THEY ARE THE BIGGEST LOOTERS.

NEVER RECOMMEND IT EVEN FOR MY WORST ENEMY
