The MD and Director of Sai Reniit Group are Scammers. Literally everyone in the office holds a PhD in scamming. In our case, after booking, they told us very nicely that they would do immediate registration, and they did also, but after registration for the 6th Phase Extension in Sai Metro City, we started receiving notice from the court that this Layout with a total number of 16 plots, is under litigation, so we can’t start any construction on our plot for which we paid huge amount and also paying Emi every month without fail. We wonder how these frauds settled with the officers to complete the registration in that litigation layout. There are around 14 customers who are in the same situation and struggling to get our amount or plot. After few days we started to receive the notice then we understood why they were in a hurry to register all plots as soon as, possible because they had already gotten a notice from the government to stop registration, as it is under litigation. But they registered all 16 plots, and now we are in trouble. CRM is extremely arrogant and doesn't talk properly with the customers. She never let anyone talk about management, This is just a Scam Marketing company. They collect the amount from customers invest somewhere else and keep cheating the customers. So please don’t be cheated by these cheaters and scammers. They sell the same plot to multiple customers and also all 5-star reviews are given by their employees, so we suggest you go to any other layout and save your hard-earned money.

Scary way to go to this layout. as there is 7 kms green belt from varthur police station to this layout, there is absolutely no one in the area and it is impossible to come to this layout after sunset. It is like ghost movie(we came back after sunset and we experienced the same). God knows who will stay here. There is not even a single shop or anything there.
