Some of our friends visited the project last week.
They had a very bad experience from the sales person. The lady over there is very very rude and arogant. She talks very loudly. She do not know much details and keeps on fooling the customers by talking about other things. She do not have the basic manners and etiquettes. If Vasudha has to do business in real estate they should not have such type of people.
Also my friends have discussions with existing customers. There are various issues in terms of quality, service etc. There are legal issues which are also going on. It is very risky and dangerous to purchase flat in such a scheme and to deal with such builder.
There are other schemes like Kunal Aspiree, "F" Towers etc. where there are lot of options available. In line with earlier comments on Vasudha Landmark related to their project Sai Eshanya, look at below additional comments:
Because of demonetisation, the builder is not able to do transactions in Cash. And trying to earn as much money as possible by any of the means.
In new real estate act he will not be able to survive thats why he is doing all these things.
The sales people are very unethical, unprofessional people. There is girl called Nital who is worst and a guy called Pandey who is pathetic, . the duo will vever respond when required. looks like flows from the top. The main boss must have given all the freedom to bahave as per their wish.
They only know how to collect money. But don't know how to execute and provide the service for the money collected from people. They can not behave like this, because after all it is our hard earned money, on which all of them are surviving and have became so rich.
Would like to get comments from the viewers as to what can be done in these type of situations.
All of us should ban these type of builders. Ban their various projects which are in process.
