Sales person in Sai Eshanya is very arrogant specially Mahendra Amrutkar. This fellow is worst in his job role. I do not understand how Vasudha people tolerate his arrogance with customer. He is not sales person with ice on head and sugar in mouth. He is dealing with customers as they are from down market.

My humble request is, please do not keep any relation with him and Vasudha people as they are not maintain quality construction like other builders. Instead of book flat in Sai Eshanya please visit to 43 Private drive and others nice projects in Balewadi. You will get rich quality in same price.

There existing customers are also not happy and facing some commode and grills problems. And these vasudha people not interested to solve the problems instead of only forcing to exciting customers to accept as it is without any complaints.
