Careful, Careful, Careful, they've recently fallen into the media radar for not honoring cancellations and project delays.

It looks like they have not started the project even after three years since the initial pre-launch offer. They didn't obtain any approvals yet.

A project of this size requires anywhere between 1000 - 1500 cr.

Invest only after they get RERA and HMDA approvals.

I have purchased flat in Sahiti Sarvani Elite two years back, Till now no approvals. Hence cancelled my flat one year ago. Given cheque after 6 months of my cancellation.

Cheque got bounced and keep on changing time lines regarding refund.One year going to complete till now not received even single penny from Sahiti.

About Sahiti Sarvani Elite. Dont fall prey to Sahiti pre launch offers.

They haven't applied for any permissions, you will never know when they will submit for approvals.

Management doesn't provide proper updates, but sales team will promise you all the moons in the world.

If you are okay not knowing which year you will get your flat, you can book a flat with them.
