Review On Saarrthi Group, Pune

Hey Friends,

this review comes after experiencing saarrthi group for last 4 years. I bought a house in Saarrthi signor Hinjewadi phase 1 and am staying here. Few things builder commited at the time of selling us the flat e.g: water at door till the time govt water comes to the premises, taking responsibility of common society RO purifier, STP plant, conveyance deed, etc.

We got the society formed last year and since then builder has very rarely answered our query. we as a normal member / as well as society has reached to builder several time with no or partial resolution of issue each time.

1. Not providing us water needed for the whole society

   
   




2. borewell dried out and new borewell not getting drilled

   
   




3. no repair done for RO and STP plant

   
   




4. not providing us the conveyace deed. it was given to us by DDR office with all statement in favor of society but now he got the case reopened and twicking the statement saying that is not in favour of society.

   
   

so there are hell lot of issues with the after sales. though the construction quality is not bad and as per standard quality.

I would strongly recommend not to buy a new house from saarrthi group, while you can go for resale ones if the society is free from troubles of builder.
