Low quality group

When I first visited the site in hinjewadi , I was impressed by there project sovereign, but after having some investigation, I found out financially the group is not well sound and I doubt in bad times they will even be able to complete the project, The India most respected HDFC bank has rejected them to be a partner that itself makes it clear, and to test there ability I played a trick.

I said the receptionist that it wont be possible for me to pay 1.3 Lac and it can be delayed by 6-8 days , and the people made a statement that because of this there work will halt , can you believe it a group building such big projects can get there work halted by 1.3 Lac rupees delayed for 6-8 days, this just shows there financial vulnerabilities, coming years will be touch in such environment go for some reputed builders such as Marvel , Vascon etc , that's what I can advise , rest its up to you people.
