Loans not been able to account for cash flow

The developers have been failing at been able to create active channels of cash flow and get the borrowers funded through loans which has basically led to the sales of been of no value. This has been caused since the developers have not been able to get lenders to lend to borrowers.

Need more educational institutions nearby

Since the current area is the one that is emerging as compared to many others that are initiated for re-development, it is seen that many of the educational institutes are lacking. This increases the commute time of all the students that have to sped time and energy in travel and commute.

Not been able to qualify for the loan

Many of the buyers in the real estate properties that come up as investors or buyers are facing hard time since not many self employed people are been able to pass all the eligibility criteria for qualifying for a house loan. The government should take some active steps in nudging the banks to help such scenarios.
