Rudra palace heights is nice project by rudra group. Location of the projects is nice.Some key unique features of this project is that it's located at the most prime location of Noida extension.Luxurious, spacious and beautiful flats with lots of green and kids play area and very good construction quality.Lot of open air with greenery outside and a peaceful housing society.

Location of the project is nice. All facilities are available as we require to best living. Kids play ground is very good facility they are providing. They have a project name of Palace heights there is 12 towers in this project & every tower has a story of queen really like the theme of project.

We bought a flat in Pavoreal project in 2011 which is still a raw land. Now Rudra is not returning our money although we made numerous visits, thousand of calls . Their employees are fooling us and they always lie. Even their senior people lie whom we met personally. No commitment no ethics.

They have awesome project with awesome themes I really like their project themes specially Rudra Aquacasa THE LAKE CITY & second one Rudra Palace Heights theme based on queen palace and its looks awesome.

I registered a 2 BHK flat in Rudra Palace Heights although they are behind the delivery schedule but still they done well in terms of amenities, product material and infrastructure. My childrens are very happy when I tell them that in their new society they got baskatball court, tennis court and swimming pool they are even more excited than me to shift when its completed. I am hoping that soon they finish the project as the construction speed is good and they deliver the project.
