Fraud Builder , looted money for Pavoreal Project

We bought a flat in Pavoreal project in 2011 which is still a raw land. Now Rudra is not returning our money although we made numerous visits, thousand of calls . Their employees are fooling us and they always lie. Even their senior people lie whom we met personally. No commitment no ethics.
