Bad experience in this construction company

Review On Ruby Builders & Promters, Chennai

I have booked 1 BHK flat from Ruby Builders & Promters- Chennai near Burma Bazar in the year 2015. I have paid them 2 lac for booking the flat. Still now they has not finished contracting the flat. Total flat cost me 14 lacs still the promoters is asking more advance fees as the bricks, pillars, stone price has been increased so it cost me 16 lac current price and I need to pay 2 lac more to contructing the building properly in time. Even they are claiming everyone who has booked he flat they are paying more for the advance fee so that the building construction finish by 2018. I have complained to customer care about this but the customer care are less experienced as they are not aware of this fact and cannot give me proper details and cannot guide me properly. I had bad experience in this company so I suggest everyone to select other construction company for buying flats rather than this.
