Review on Ruby Regency

Review On Ruby Builders & Promters, Chennai

I have purchased a flat in Ruby Regency and Engineers are supportive when asking for any modification before the purchase of the House. First of all there is no Play area, but mentioned in some of the sites which I have come across. I have seen lot in double side cracks on the walls in my apartment(within in 6 months from purchase). when I checked with the builders they say we gave it to 3rd party(lame excuse). The Quality is not so good and it is not up to the mark and I am not satisfied at all for the money I have paid, they had planned to start the maintenance by july or August, But until December 2016. it is not yet started.

During any repair, to replace a damaged/cracked tile, they are damaging 1 more extra tiles!.
