We invested in RPS for the sake of geeting good return & took the commercial studio unit from them in 2021, since then we booked the unit nooone is ready to hear our problem as the unit is without Glass on it & other all units are with Glass, the brochure which they showcased us thats with Glass & on top of that we took 1st floor by giving premium, later they expanded in that area & came with cine plaza overlooking our unit, we tried multiple time with the stake holders ti discuss on this point on changing the unit so that we can sell it easily, since then we tried a lot on selling it but the unit is dumped, noone is ready to take it & moreover we got our payment slips of 2021 booked unit in 2023 & since then BBA also not done yet, now they sent a hefty demand to us for paying the as they are offering possesion, we want our hard earned money back as the unit is not getting sold out & now with the demand coming in we are not ready to exchange even as noone is ready to buy it, since the demand is in, we went multiple times to meet owner, everytime they say they are busy or not available, with this online medium I am trying that rps will hear my plea & come forward to refund our hard earned money.

I am a govt servant . I happen to invest with RPS builder and cursing that day even after 10 yrs.Dishonest builder, cheating the public on flimsy grounds. I have lost my lot of money. Lot of police FIRs/RERA complaintsare floating around against the owner and staff who make false commitments and then do fraud with people.

I grade him negative with my interaction and association with him and advice people to refrain from such builders. With the same rateabsconding with peoples money, they will be behind bars in near future.

Don't invest please... 3rd class people lives here with no sense

Also no maintenance nothing lots of Power cut its like u are living in jail with lots of rules and regulations

I am also one of those who has been prey to this builder. He promises something else and later takes you into his Paws. Very misleading builder who neither gives possession nor money back. RERA has helped a lot of investors against this builder. Every day you will see someone fighting in his office for getting his money back. The owners are hiding in other office and let their gundas fighting with customers which has got recorded in cameras. Your investment will become half within no time. Take this advisory seriously

The higher leadership is poor. Mr Jain is fraud, corrupt and Gunda. It does not offer any value for money. Always show legal ways of frauding. Many FIR filed in Sarita Vihar PS against Mr RC Gupta, who is always absconding and hiding from police. You can never meet him. Recommended not to trust the builder and avoid at all cost. Spread a correct word about this Builder. All those already in fix, Use force to get your worth back. Caution to all. Thx

I booked 1 office space, in their commercial project named OXYPARK now its RPS INFINIA, in year 2010. I already given them 85 percent of total amount of office but now today I am still waiting for possesion. This is the biggest fraud company they use our money in different other projects. when I asked them for compensation amount of late posssesion they simply refused it. I trapped in this company by looking prime location of this project.

RPS Group has launched many residential and commercial projects across Delhi/NCR.  The group has made its mark within a short span since its inception. Their projects are very adorable and beautifully designed but have anyone look out the property or township by Airwil builder.

This giant builder has several residential and commercial projects which positioned at best location in Noida, Greater Noida, Noida Extension. For best  example-Airwil Smart City, Airwil Intellicity, Airwil Aurum and many more.

I had booked a flat in RPS Savana in 2007 but till date builder has not given possession inspite of paying 80% money. Builder is also not giving penalty compensation. Is this company a fraud company.
