Very disappointing experience with Rohan Builders. I bought a 2BHK in ROHAN IKSHA, Bangalore

there is no coordination between marketing/sale team and construction team.Sale team will do all false promises and none of them will be fulfilled by construction team.

In my case they did not provide the slab, sink, tap in kitchen and not labour also. for labour they said they will give refund of 1900 RS which 1/3 of actual labour charge.in 88 lakh Rs apartment they are not co operating with client to give basic facility but sale team made so many fake promises.

think twice before you go for Rohan. Don't expect any co ordination from Rohan

I have bought two flats in Rohan Iksha Bangalore. They showed model flat and told all the fittings and accessories would be as per model flat with lot of other promises. Days passed by, each day we saw the quality of the product being used was pathetic- it was as good as those used by very small/local constrcution people. They have not fulfilled any of the promises. More than 250 people have booked the flats in this complex and everyone is going through this pain. There are people who are the likes of Maria and Abhishek.who simply just dont care and say now that either you take this or pay extra. This is really ridciulous- Quality of the construcution seems to be pathetic. People please think before making any booking with Rohan accross as these people are not trsut worthy.
