Not Reliable in terms of promised land Area etc.

Review On Rohan Builders & Developers, Bangalore

Have bought a flat in Rohan Jharoka phase 2.

They reduced the overall area of the project and individual UDS as a result, silently in the sale deed .

If compare with the sale agreement, Apartment owners got 70 sq. ft.( size of kitchen) less each as UDS on an average.
