RK Township Group, Vishakhapatnam

One of the RK agents sold me with very high price. Actually the price of the land was very low when I brought from them.

Sir we have paid a huge advance against a land sale agreement in 2016 mentioning that L.P no. will be obtained in a 3 months time. It is now more than 3 years, till date there is no inch in progress on commitment. In this regard what as a customer should I do.

Future is bleak. What is the way forward, how you are going to settle this issue.

I Have paid money for 1 plots in RK township at Raghu engineering college, I have paid full money to one of the marketing manager since they forced me to pay quickly. Its been so long Every time we call the marketing manager says your registration will be next week, Its been 5 months now still he is saying next week.

Never expected this from this kind of reputed brand.

Hi All, RK township is a well reputed company. One of the rude way to behave to the customers, think twice before you invest in RK. I purchased two plots in RK township at Raghu engineering college phase 5 on Oct 2014 by paying 10 lakh rupees. After one year they behave in different if you not pay half amount your site will be lost. But till now the plots were not registered to us. it was told to us by Nov-2015 it can be registered and now it is Oct-2018 still the registration is not completed. The agent through whom we purchased is least bothered to answer us. Have completely lost the trust on RK township. I want my site to be register but now they said still now no LP number how can we register after 4 years they said like this. Now who is answereable to us? How long should we wait still? The way RK treat their customers is very bad. I havent ever came across such a real estate firm. Very very bad firm.Please never ever invest in this townships.

Mr. Chairman and MD if you guys are still doing like this business you lost the customers.

Still now your team didnt show my site. They simply says your site fully occupied with trees and all how can we show you. This was continuous from last 4 Years.

But till now the plots were not registered to us. \it was told to us by Nov-2016 it can be registered and now it is Jan-2018 still the registration is not completed. The agent through whom we purchased is least bothered to answer us. Have completely lost the trust on RK township. I want my money returned along with interest for this 1.5 years. Now who is answereable to us? Is it Mr. Sathish the agent through whom we purchased or the Owner? How long should we wait still? The way RK treat their customers is very bad. I havent ever came across such a real estate firm. Very very bad firm.Please never ever invest in this townships.

They created many town ships related to the people sake.the customers service is very good in that group.staff is very co operative and the marketing team too.they created many town ships and got a very nice name in the society.the rates are very good for the customers and so believe in them and buy any flat in that group.

Sir, We have bought plot in this group and these people are harassing without registration from more than 6 months now. We have paid full amount 6 months and they are not registering plot. Every day I call them but they say next day but never happened.

MD also does not respond and treat customers like beggars. I have waited enough now I am not in position to wait any more. They promised to deliver all the amenities till now amenities are completed. Be careful with these people.
