Here I am going to share my experience about this builders.

I had stayed in this apartment for about 9 months. For me it was not comfortable for staying for long time.

Their customer service is very bad. When we called them for any essential needs they won't give any response. Their approach to the customers were too bad. They are not maintaining the apartment very clean an d tidy. In the surroundings we can see some wastes and dirty covers.

Even the staffs are also was not helpful. For emergency if we are calling them they should tell some reasons and skipped it.

Comparatively this builders implementation rate is too much. That's what I am not satisfied with their services.

I would like to write a review about this apartment. I had stayed here for one year and for me it was not a good experience.

Their approach to the customers is not good. Many times I fought with the manager of the apartment for removing wastage from the apartment. Because my kids got many disease due to their improper wastage disposal. They are dumping the wastes near to our window. that's what we can not open the windows as well.

Because of their bad smell too we can't survive there. We complained them many times. They told they should remove it as soon as possible. I waited for one week. But from their side there was no change.

Their rental is too high and for common people can't stay there. They are not well maintaining the apartments. When we were there many times we faced inconvenient incidents from their side. The walls, door, water facility etc are too pathetic. The internet connection is very poor.

If we call any staffs for maintainance they should ask extra mmoney for that. They are not helpful and supportive. The surroundings are also very dirty. our kids can not go out for playing.

Their customer service is too bad. That's what I had bad experience from this apartment and won't refer to my friends to accommodate here.
