Project - Mi Casa Bella Wakad  near pink city, (Rishi construction).

Basic defects/mistakes in the work. Even after possession they dont take care it.

Let me give some examples here

1. Door frames are not in correct shapes. There are bends in the frames. Means.at the bottom if it measure 3inches at the top it is 2.5. or in the middle it is something else.

   
   




2. Sliding doors of window are pathetic. One can easily remove sliding door by tilting it.

   
   




3. Wall for Bathroom No leak proof.(Still waiting for rain for big test)

   
   




4. When we got possession we found out 22 mistakes that builder needs to be corrected. Even after two month they have not taken care of those.

   
   




5. Bathroom windows and doors are very very low qaulity.

   
   




6. Possession was delayed by 1.5 year and they dont regret to customers. They have an attitude when they talk to customers.

   
   

7.No level for all flooring(Bathroom and living room)

Don't Waste your time, money and Patience.(About more feedback you can visit to any C- building customer who already booked or staying right now)
