Hello everybody,

I am owner at MI Casa bella and we are facing huge problem due to false  builder

Following are issue, I am starting from main gate

a) After three years no name no entrance gate for project. "Nile patde ka gate" this is identity for visitor.

b) VVIMP -> Once you enter in premises at right hand open space on which other developer planning for 7 floor building and road is common for both, means no wall no security still development(As per past experience it will take 5-6 years) This is big and life time problem for everyone.

c) On your left hand open space for commercial, .only god knows what is planning.

d) C building: facing major problem is parking.I came to know there is only 12 legal parking and flat is 24. He gave shed which is completely illegal for open parking.Still no one get parking allotment letter. He collected 10K and all documents for soc.formation and now he is not ready to do it.

e)  Club house: Every member(A, B anc C wing) paid 50K for club house but amenity are third class.Very less and poor quality  equipment available in gym.You can check from window:). Swimming tank is also useless.

f)  A and B building: Transformer is open and all building always facing issue of electricity.No gas line, no solar yet.

g) Electricity backup is from C building for A and B building this is worst.

h)  Street light not working and connection is from c building.height of bhikaripana.

i) VVVVIMP: No security in premises.Snake, dog and any person cal easily entered in premises.No compound wall.

j). Builder is unprofessional arrogant, liar and after sell he never entertain you.

k). CONCLUSION: THIRD CLASS PROJECT.

If you feel this is false do activity before buy flat  as below:

1.Do inquiry at any owner from A, B and C building.

2.Analyze all above 10 points during actual visit you will get truth.

*I request you please think before invest your hard money in this project.

Even I am saying don't invest you money in project which is belong to this builder(Jitendra Kodnani/Rishi construction)
