Dont ever think of investing with this builder.
This is the worst builder with the worst project possible.
Dehradun project completion date committed was 2016 & builder completed same
with delay of 3 years. Also the whole project is not yet completed &
construction of the amenities mentioned in project are not even started.
Inspite of getting the OC, the Builder is not handing over
the Flat & trying to exploit more money in name of Extra space. When asked
about the details of extra space, the builder is not even providing details of
extra space. Project manager, Account Manager none of them pick the phone nor
they revert any emails.
My dad is stuck with paying 95% of money. We are chasing the
builder for 4 months now to provide us details for extra money he is asking
& he is taking undue advantage of Lockdown situation & his power. When
asked to go as per agreement, the builder says the agreement is not valid &
you can file a case if you want but we will not provide flat unless you pay
extra money.
