The builder has no skills and working experience and he is probably one of the worst builders that I have come across! They keep changing the mapping and implementation of the project from time to time.

The fishy thing that I found about them is that they do not give us any draft copy of the documents that we have to sign on possession and not giving the buyers time to review the document and sign is quite wrong.

There are many cases where the buyer is not aware of the actual price that he is paying on per square feet basis unlike other cities and towns where the rates are standard and are charged on the basis of per sq. ft calculation.

I submitted all my documents for the loan but the builders did not submit it on time to the bank because of which my loan was not snaction and then they blamed me for it and claimed interest! They are big cheaters!
