The building does not have the right fire fighting systems and it is really dangerous because it is such a high building! I wonder how they got the required approval because they do not have their fire fighting systems in place.

So as to actively change the use of a property, the developers have been seeking permission from many of the city planners to leverage the use of real estate into commercial, residential and other types of recreational purposes. This has not been approved by the city planners.

This property is built on an area that was reserved for slum rehabilitation, so we could have people from the slums coming and living with us in the building! We were not told of any such thing before and as members who have paid so much for the house; we deserved to know beforehand!

The concept of affordable housing also needs to take into account the mass of land that is reserved for slums. This step should be taken into consideration so as to aid many of the slum developers to live in better spatial places.

There have been no nearby hospitals to cater to the need of emergency services that may arise out of any of the nearby apartments and residential flats. This needs to be catered to and many hospitals need to be built so as to cater to the changing needs.

Their pipes and drainage systems are not well done because of which we have to bear with a horrible smell that is sickening. Also there are other areas of the building that has not been looked into because of which there have been so many problems caused.
