Flats are so luxurious and comfortable for big family can easily accomodat. We got rarely opportunity to buy these flats at very reasonable rate.

This is located just opposite of Dum Dum Motijheel Science College. Prime location as it is well connected with railway, metro and airport within 2 KM radius. Market place is within 2 minutes of walking distance. Hospital like ILS is within 500 metres. Price of the appartments are okay but personally felt not specious as they should be. Car parking systems are technologically modified. Nice view from the top of this high rise. Highly secured premises. Backup power system available. Overall I can go for it.

I like the place. It's very comfortable. Markets are very close to the flat Shop anything anytime you want. No problem of electricity. Overall best.

I felt the apartment was good but finally when I closed all the doors I mean front and back doors and checked for lighting it is very poor.

Almost rooms will be in full dark in morning times.

Even hall also comes same.

Remaining things are quite ok.

Many of the properties are advertised very rare and are seldom shared with other agents and as a result of this, it is a very common concern that buyers are fewer exposed to properties and hence do not have an idea if their requirements match the criteria and their availability.

There have been no nearby hospitals to cater to the need of emergency services that may arise out of any of the nearby apartments and residential flats. This needs to be catered to and many hospitals need to be built so as to cater to the changing needs.

The limitations that the builders place on you even though the house is yours is ridiculous. You cannot even take tutions in your own house here and if you want to make any furniture for your own house, you need to show the builder designs and then only you can go ahead with it.

We moved to this property a few months back after waiting a long time to get the possession of the house! When we finally got the possession, we were so happy because we dreamed of making our house a really beautiful space and we could do that with this house, but there is so much of interference from the builders! We have to take their permission to get things done for our house, even for the kind of furniture we can get we have to take their opinion! It is our house! We don't understand why they want to interfere!

There are many developers who try to send the potential buyers the projects that are under-constructed. This happens to turn out to be a bummer as the buyer don't go for investing in a finished project and the under-constructed projects are delayed by 1-3 years.
