Hloo guyzz I share my expeirence about the builders and builders service I not satisfy with this builder team because the they treated very badly and not listening the problems and do not give any suggestion use very low quality product the workers were not coming in time and work with lazyness the staff members were also not treated with good attitude and faithfully the rate of product implimentation were very high and overall I am not satisfy with the service and work of the builder team. The customer service if these builders is also very bad and they were unable to unlrees the customers through their customer service because it is just worst .

The customer executive deal with the customer very badly and ask fir extra money for a particular project.They don't even care for the customer.The customer was not at akk satisfied with the customer service.

The staff here eis so kazi to tgier work and they were very slowly in order to earn more. .The staff us also so bad in talking .

The implementation rates is average and not so higher but these dates according to their services is not good.

This company is the worst customer service provider ever.

They were giving a very bad and below average customer service to their best customers and they do their work according to them onky and don't even understand the customer's want or need and when the customer force the customer operative then the customer operative say bad words to the customers whcih is not cool.

The staff here also so lazy and bad in tone.

The staff were just doing Ranier work very lazily and they don't able to the hard labour work .

The implementation rates here is also so high and expensive and the meiddle class people nor even think to heir them.

This builder is unable to give the best customer service.They talk very rudely to their customers and they even listen to the customers.They were not able to solve a single problem of the customer and they said the problem is invalid.The material and the production details were also not provided to the customer.

The staff is also very bad and they were talking very badly or their customers and they do their work very very slow and they were lazy to their work.Which is not a good point.

The products rates and the implementation rates is too high so that for this poor customer service no one heir this builders for the work or any particular project.

Friends I tell my experience about rehab housing private limited.one of my friends live in mumbai. they have own house.their house is yoo old so they need make new house.they contact the rehab housing private limited. before the deal they ask- they use very good quality material and also good quality iron. when construction starts they can't talk politely to us. also they use cheap quality material and labour of rehab housing is very bad. they don't talk well.so, staff is very poor of rehab housing.they promise, they could work complete in 8 months. but actually they take 18 months.so, in my opinion don't go with rehab housing private limited.thanks.

The rehab housing private limited are thr builders located in bandra these group is very fake group all the promises done by these group are fake .guyz I have seen there advertisement and I have called them they told us that ours project are developing in bandra carter road and near government colony when I visited there there was no such projects it was totally fake I was going to invest but I was saved from investing .

So if anyone interested in investing in this group plz do not invest they are totally fake.
