Terrible finishing in Regency Sarvam project

I am a genuine buyer of Regency Sarvam project. Though the building was handed over to me 6 months from the promised date, I still accepted the delay thinking the flat will be properly finished and I will enjoy staying in the society.

However, the project is getting delayed indefinitely and also my flat is not properly completed. Lots of issues & snag areas are there which Sarvam is not completing in my flat.

I have spoken to their Sales Head Nilesh Kadam & Sales MAnasultanger Shankar Thakur and even sent them emails on this. However they are refusing to complete the pending work.

Now I see no other way to send them a legal notice so that they finish the pending work.

If anybody wants to see, I have pictures of all pending work as which I can share, if required.
