This is to review the project of a Bangalore based Real estate developer.

The project Mahaveer oaks residential sites project was developed, promoted by Reddy structures p ltd with high promises of developments proposed to be carried out by the developer in and around the layout, to attract gullible investors.

Now after so many years passed by; the layout remains the same as it was then at the time of development; no sign of any the promises of such developments in and around the Mahaveer layout by the developer remains only in the air While the area and the layout have huge potential for faster development than envisaged, but it was marred by the promoters, because they went ahead aggressively with other developing themselves and other new projects for further attracting more and more gullible investors.

This is one selfish way of cornering the buyer to definite trap is further an evidence.

Many a buyers of the plot desire infrastructure development of the layout, including a well laid access road to the layout from the Jigani Anekal main Road, as per the initial promises of the developer; Whereas, no one is available for any responses - they keep our phone waiting for hours and even disconnect without any reply.

From the above, it is evident that the Reddy structures P ltd, the developer of Mahaveer Oaks residential layout is neither interested to keep the layout as well developed nor interested in the well-being of their investor clients, once their business deal is over in financial terms.

It is only to keep informed the public in general that they should be beware of the Real estate developers, promises, prices offered duly taking account of the real credentials, especially failures and misdeeds, including unfulfilled promises of future developments, etc such as in the cited case.

Developers may underestimate the general public as gullible; but, beware, public are now learned and well informed, decisive; Because, such spurious developers can not stand in the market of competition, since they can’t dupe the public for long.

On behalf of all the investor public, I request you to bring out the truths to the surface save the common man from such unscrupulous developers True well-wishers of Investor Public

Mainly Reddy developers are into apartments, however they have come up with villa plots near jigani. I had very nice experience in dealing with the sales person and was very smooth purchase. I did not have to go through any hasle and they were really helpful. If you are interested in buying a villa plot this could be one of the best option in bangalore. The total area is 122 acre and there are about 1752 plots. Though the price compared to its vicinity is high but the amenities they are offering will make you buy the plot. They are claiming the theme to be inspired by Roman architecture and if they develop the way they claim, it would be nice place to be in.

Fooling of the people is only work of Sri Reddy Developers Group Builders Real estate Company in Bangalore. This is Jeevan shah living in Bangalore with our family and working as a software Engineer in EMC’2. Dear I have booking a flat of 997 square fit in Rajajinagar project of Reddy Developers  in 2008.

I was paid the 1.25 lacks as the booking amount to this builder when I went to book the flat. Till now I have paid the 13lacks money to this builder. They were booked the all flat of this project in the year of 2008 but still the construction was not stared. Reddy Developers was started the construction in month of December 2009 and still they have not completed the half of the building.

But they are continuously demanding for the remaining money. I am single person who is doing the job that wise I am not able to pay that much amount at a time. Now they have started addition of extra interest with remaining money which will be payable by us.

They are not working in the construction of building only demanding for the money. In 5 year they have not constructed the half of building only demand of many is coming from Sri Reddy Developers.

Booking of the flat is very easy, but finding the possession for that flat is very difficult. This is Varun Mishra and I have booked a 2 BHK flat with Reddy Builders Pvt Ltd in Bangalore in 2009. I have paid 85k as the booking amount, 3 lacks as the first installment in November. 7 lacks as the second installment and after 2 years in November 2011 I have paid the remaining half of the amount.

I have paid every time they demand the money because of I was expecting the flat to be ready by 2012. But still I am waiting for the possession of the flat. I have visited so many times to Sri Reddy Developers’ office for getting the possession. Every time they are giving me so many reasons for the possession.

Not only in this project but most of the project are same as everyone is waiting for their possessions. We all have complained in the consumer court about the cheating of the Reddy Developers and builder before three months but still nothing is going in our way.

This is Ashok Kumar. I came to know about Reddy Developers & Builders when I was looking for a flat. I did my survey about them and found very negative reviews about Reddy Developers. I still wanted to go to their office and check with them just because their prices were really low and they gave me all kinds of FALSE PROMISES.

I did book a flat with them by paying a booking amount. Since then Reddy Developers are never on time with anything. They have delayed everything from the beginning. Be it the documents, registration, agreement or starting of the construction.

It’s been a nightmare with these Builders and I hereby CAUTION all of you about these CHEATERS.

I also have booked 2 BHK flat in 2006 and have paid 80% payment till now. Last month I visited the site but there is no progress Reddy Developers. Supposed to handover position of flats to their customers within 2 years from the date of booking, but after completion of 4 years still they are not in position to handover the flats.

To see progress at site and manpower involvement even Reddy Developers are not able to complete this project within next 5-6 years? This builder is fooling us by extending delivery date of flats and forcing to make 100% payment.

I think that we should take action against Reddy Developers fraud company.
