Fooling of the people is only work of Sri Reddy Developers Group Builders Real estate Company in Bangalore. This is Jeevan shah living in Bangalore with our family and working as a software Engineer in EMC’2. Dear I have booking a flat of 997 square fit in Rajajinagar project of Reddy Developers  in 2008.


I was paid the 1.25 lacks as the booking amount to this builder when I went to book the flat. Till now I have paid the 13lacks money to this builder. They were booked the all flat of this project in the year of 2008 but still the construction was not stared. Reddy Developers was started the construction in month of December 2009 and still they have not completed the half of the building.


But they are continuously demanding for the remaining money. I am single person who is doing the job that wise I am not able to pay that much amount at a time. Now they have started addition of extra interest with remaining money which will be payable by us.


They are not working in the construction of building only demanding for the money. In 5 year they have not constructed the half of building only demand of many is coming from Sri Reddy Developers.

This is Zeevan yadav. I have booked a two BHK flat with Reddy Developers at Whitefield Bangalore in the year of 2010. Now they have changed our term and condition which was given by them at time of booking ,now they are asking for extra money 7 lack...which is not acceptable by us.  Read More

The Reddy Developers near Bangalore, Karnatakais a real estate company in Bangalore . I have bought an apartment from this builder in 2008 by giving the29 lacks. The quality of construction is only on word which given by them at time the booking of t...he apartment. Now I am living in the apartment which I was bought from Reddy Builders Pvt Ltd. Builder from last 11 month. The building construction is very poor they have not used the half of the customer money in manufacturing the building. I strongly advice to all the people who are thinking for buying any flat from Reddy Developers before buying you first meet to any of the customer of this builder who have bought apartment and living in that. None of the flat is there in which wall cracks doesn’t have. The quality of wood used in building is totally inferior and color paint is totally bad. We all have loss the money by bought the without quality flats in Reddy Developers Project.

Hi, I have cancel our booking in July 2012 from the project of Reddy Developers and Still I am waiting for refund of money from them. In 2008 I was booked a 2BHK flat in starting project of this builder by giving the 2.2 lacks as the booking amount t...o them. At the time of booking they was told 27 lacks is the total cost of a 2 BHK flat but after 7 month from booking the increased the cost price as 36 lacks for same flat which I was booked. After lessoning these think I went to Reddy Developers office and cancel our booking. At that time they told your booking amount will refund within three month. At that time I was wait for 3 month to refund the booking money. But after that I have requested so many time about the refund, But Reddy Developers People are not giving the proper response.  Read More
