This builder targets only new buyers and makes sure that the new buyers won't interact with his existing customers. Because it will impact his sales.

All of his Google reviews are moderated. You will see only good reviews. All the negative reviews will be removed. Good reviews and testimonials are either paid or given by his friends and relatives.
