Hey, everybody, I would like to write here and inform you about the fraudulent practices used by Disha Direct in case any of you fall prey just like me. I had booked a flat at Coral Building, Bay Vista, Village Varsoli, Taluka Alibag. Agreement for Sale was signed on 5/9/2009 and the date of possession as mentioned in the agreement was 3/9/2011.

However, till date, more than 2 years after the due date as mentioned in the agreement, the building is still incomplete, the club house work has just started and swimming pool construction is now where in sight.  Please do not do any further business with them in future.
