They are doing good business but what they lagging behind is quality of material and delivery time. They should do thereof best in quality of concrete used in material. Maple  group made some f fraud so they caught by pulling officer and some chargesheet grilled on them . how could some body charge 1145rs amount as a firm fee and which is also non refundable such secure transaction was never seen in world

Big Cheaters. Gave amount of 1Lakh towards Dreamz Sneh project in August 2015. then cancelled. Builder gave me a cheque with 6th Jan 2016. It got bounced. Then they gave me a letter stating they will refund the amount by 29th Feb 2016 with 20% interest. Now its may and I am still struggling to get my money back. If you say you will file a case they say happy to have a case on them.

Looks like they dont care about the law any more.'Just cheat people' should be the tag line of the this company.

Dreamz Infra India Ltd. a venture in the real estate industry began their journey on 2nd of January, 2011, with a sole aim to fulfill the dreams of the common man to own their dream home which has their registered office at Madhuloka Building, #577/B, 2nd Floor, Outer Ring Road, Koramangala, Bangalore- 560034 .

In fact this is a big fraud company and actually the promoters are fulfilling their own dream to make huge money by looting and cheating common man by collecting advance money for booking the flats. They promised to handover the flat to them on a date which never happens.

They don't even buy land or plot to construct the flats. Many people are running from pillar to post to recover even their own money which was given in the name of booking amount. Several cases have been booked against them. Their staff keep on changing as they don't get their salary in time. It is the most unethical company .

The management employs many Bouncers and Goons at their office to stop people who ask their money back.This company never pays their vendors in time.Be careful dealing with this company. Pradeep Seraphim

Hi Freinds,

Apple apartments opp to samuel public school is the 2nd project in this area.

First one is Golden Enclave which is ruining from 2013 july and still going on.

Before buying this project you can talk to anyone from the gloden enclave and then take a decision of buying an apartment in apple crystal apartments, I bet you would re-consider your opinion.

These builders have no respect towards the customer, later you need to beg them for your house .

Prestige Builder - Be careful in dealing with this

I booked an Apartment with Prestige Builders with strong intent to buy it for self-purpose. The source to fund this property planned was through 2 ways selling my land & taking loan in 40:60 ratio, when things were going as planned my colleague who is a qualified CA has told me in one of the conversation(in Nov?15) that I am selling my land within 3 yrs of purchase which will attract huge capital gain tax. And 3 yrs will be completing in March 2016.

I convinced my land buyer to wait till March?16 for registration of the property and also contacted Prestige representatives and relationship manager in Nov?15 in getting extension so the apartment payment can be made in March?16. However when Prestige representative confirmed me that extension is not possible then I have no option but to cancel my apartment booking on 19th Nov?15 and with it the land deal as well.

However least I know that my ordeal has just started with this so called reputed builder-PRESTIGE Group. It took me more than 3 months, innumerable follow ups through calls, emails & personally visiting Prestige office, discussing with various representatives(as no one took the ownership) asking for my money. Finally I received my check on 26th Feb and that too after deduction of penalty.

Buyers are contractually obligated when it comes to making payment in time or otherwise builders like Prestige can levy interest on the delayed payment. Then?.Why we don?t have refund timeline defined in the contract? Can builder take its own sweet time to refund and also not liable to pay interest? And top of all of this?Is the consumer like me needs to go through harassment(hundreds of calls & emails follow ups) of demanding my own money?

I feel like cheated, molested by this so called renowned builder - PRESTIGE REAL ESTATE GROUP
AMR / MBR Group - Excellent Villa Projects

They make excellent Villas around Sarjapur. Though the time taken is more the quality is excellent. Strongly suggest AMR / MBR Groups for their villa projects. Very good customer friendliness, fair & transparent in dealings. Have delivered what they promised.

Infact delayed the project by 2 years but that is worth the wait, considering the finishing and the amenities they provided.

As I bought in their first residential project, the delay may be more .In the recent projects they are constructing in full swing.

I have already taken a flat at CeaserPalace in kanakpura road of nitesh builder , will get it by Aug or Sept most probably.

They had called a meeting recently and discussed all our concerns in detail.

I have 2 other properties with other builders and there also the possesion was delayed but they never bothered to meet us and give us any comfort. Here atleast they were patient and heard us out and gave timelines of completion.

Good apartments are at golden gate properties . After getting apartment at ggproperties I am satisfied.

I went to GGproperties for any villas projects going on and I visited to Golden Ira, the cost of plot was as per my budget. Easily loan approved and each team membershelped me.

Golden Ira near airport and having no sound pollution. Budget is too low and maintenance cost also unimaginable.Thanks to Golden Gate Properties for launching Golden Ira for middle class families.

I was looking for a 3BHK flat with excellent interiors for my family. Following a friend's suggestion, I visited the Nitesh Estates property  on Kasturba Road.

True to Nitesh Estates' reputation, the property had world-class architecture, a host of amenities and great interiors. Although, I could not purchase the flat as it didn't fit into my budget, I would say it's truly value-for-money, for those who can afford it.

I have seen many bad reviews or complains about Aashrayaa Serenity in previous comments. But now I cant agree those comments because there is a lot of improvement in customer service like their Marketing executives are honest and very promptly there are providing all the details .

If I come to Maintenance part what ever issue we face in our flat, I have to do is call up home care - they arrange for everything. I'm always worry - free regarding maintenance."

So now as per my experience and my knowledge you can Buy a flat in Aashrayaa Serenity without fear.

If you decide to take flat this dreamz gk then you will regret your decision in your dream as well.

I booked flat in lambodara near haralur road. There used to be board indicating about a project. Now, if you go there, there is no board at all. They can create projects out of air.

I have a very little confidence to go with them. I had visited their property fair mela they conducted recently at HSR office. To substantiate this lemme give u few points..


  1. Through online sources we can get a number of reviews by satisfied customers Saying "Dreams GK made their dreams come true at affordable cost".





The truth is they have completed just one project as of today, how come they have so many satisfied customers.


  1. More than 30 projects are under construction. God bless the ppl who booked flats in these 30 projects. I wish they get it soon.





3.Prices differ : they have advertised saying own a 2 BHK flat at 14 LACS .. Wen I enquired about it they said 2 BHK is for 34 Lacs. Misleading advertisements. This people should be booked for this.

4.My third question was "is the property registered yet?"Answer was "No". Then how come they are selling it.


  1. If any of you visit their office you can notice that they have showcased number of awards they have received. most of the awards they received are from one body.





Which clearly indicated they are paid awards. I request you you all to check this...


  1. The list will go on...I request all my friends be cautious, do some checks and dont forget to ask few direct questions to them. Buy at your own risk.

I am here in Bangalore from 8 Years and from past 2 years I am working in Bangalore. Past two years I am also searching for Property because already I am giving rent of 10 to 20 thousand so I am searching property, I already visited a lot of builders but no one could satisfied me like either location or budget, it is not working out then finally I saw the advertisement in Times of India for property at Dreamz infra then I just call them and ask them what is the rate but they are mention there same rate in their office or not. When I inquired then they told, Yes the rate is same as advertisement rate.

You just come to office for visit because the rate is inclusive like car parking, CAB, all the facilities are inclusive so I thought  “OK fine” .Then Saturday, I went to their office and there I mat Mr. Hemadri, I discuss with Mr. Hemadri around 1 hours and told him   all of my requirements so they showed me 2-3 flats, in which I finalized one in martahalli because my office is nearby martahalli .Then after sales service team I said to Mr.  Vivek Panday . Mr. panday cleared me about what is the procedure of payment installment and how many months you have to pay, how you want to pay? I told him clearly "see I cannot pay 5 lacks at a time. Then he told "OK "now I paid him advance and remaining 25% amount I will pay within a month. The service is very good, they do what they say. The commitment level is also very good and I am really happy with services provided by Dreamz .

Please don't buy any apartments in this place...the broker will tell you that its close to Metro and Indira Nagar. But there is acute water shortage in this place, water is supplied only for two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening...on somedays without notifying anyone, water is not supplied in the evening.

Even though the place boasts of having a store, vegetable shop and library...basic issue of water is bad in this place. It's sad that those who were staying in this apartment will also not reveal the truth, they would never say that there is water shortage but the fact is water is scarce in this place and the association does not do anything about this! So if you are planning to invest here, think twice.

I have bought Dreamz flat at December 2011 around mid of Dec . Actually In the starting I had too much of worried like whatever should I bought a flat or not because I was thinking like being a bachelor I should go for it or not and I was bit confused about like which vendor or which builder I should go since Dreamz was the initial in this stage it was in marketing earlier and now it is into the development part so I was bit worried like should I go with Dreamz or not , but unfortunately I planned and I thought let me believe on this because its like trust building from both the side so I thought ok , let me go with them and finally I am about to got my flat because I am thinking like wow! Now I am feeling like wow! that officially being a bachelor I was thinking like when I should get my flat around when will be age of 40 or I will be age of 45 but thanks for the dreamz infra actually I am getting my home around 26 years of my age and that will be a big achievement for me and my family as well so I feel like , I want to shear some experiences , I went through I purchase flat from dreamz infra .

I was thinking like ok I should have this much money in invest first of all I have faith that whether I am investing this much money. it will be a safe game plan or not but I took a risk , I went with dreamz I maintain that relationship with them and finally I got through like its around 4 months I was like very happy that ok now I am in to the stage I can tell ok these gyes are really doing very well and I am proud of them actually they are doing very well initially they didn’t have land papers that time we trusted them after that they just maintain the trust they purchase the land , send out the mail they sent proper email chain around every week they will be sending photographs what are the development they are doing, how much the work is completed, so everything will be maintain in a proper manner so I am so happy with them so I feel that I will get my home in a proper time which they have confirmed. We had come to know about Dreamz Infra from the browser which we gated from my friend , In that one phone no is their we called up and we enquired something from Dreamz office and we enquired about the rates and all reasonable prices then we thought about that dreamz Infra Project for 2 days and after 2 days we came back and booked a flat immediately and then I am getting good responses and the services is good then again we booked one more flat in Electronic city and my husband will talk more about Dreamz

Actually when we come to Dreamz we had been Detected person called Anoop .

My first experience was very good and because of we have booked the flat and then we come to know like initially we had some doubts about Dreamz . It was unknown company so we had doubt that how can we purchase the flat without popular like builder the we had two days discussion with my wife later we come because of Anoop , we booked the flat by believing his word we have booked the flat and whatever till now he has been committed he is doing tremendous like fulfilling the customers needs and because of that we had taken the other flat in Electronic city.
