Company is in totally loss not able to give possession and also salary to staff. Hr will give you surity that she I'll make manage salary on time but will not happen after joining. Don't join this company. Company will harras you like anything but will not return Money of customers nor will give you salary.

This is to share my experience residing at an appartment at Gaurav Excellency by Ravi Group.

This initially was not a good formed society a year back. But after forming Society it is doing really well. I am enjoying a rental appartment with my family since more than 2 years.

The grand advertisement and show of practicing good values of best religion as gone to waste.Even a animal gives a sign of acknowledgement of conveyed sign.They take 20% booking amount in lacks and promises to complete project.

From last one year plinth is not ready of ERa kandivali west project, I wrote several times to executives and owner but they are mum[not replying]. For registration they delayed lot.

It is high time that govt gives rating of builders after forcing them to register their establishment .The project should be inspected at intervals and punish the builder for slow work.When Modi will show good days, Building construction bill must see the light .

Ravi Group is a big cheater .Now I have received a letter saying Project given to Origin group without intimating terms and conditions .They think they can buy Govt  .Rera authority should take immediate action

It has a very mesmerizing view of nearby areas like health hospitals, western express highway, temples and International airport, which influenced me to buy the flats.

Got impressed with the looks and architecture of the Flats of Gaurav Crest project. Quite overwhelmed with the facilities they are providing at such an affordable price.
