In case you are planning to book a flat with Rashmi Realty Builders( Ashok) and you have been lucky to read this review please stay away. This guy must have had some good name in the past but has turned into a fraud recently. He has taken money for projects that have never taken off. In the name of refund he is giving cheques which bounce. On following up he only gives false assurance that it will be done tomorrow which never happens. He sends motivational quotes to add to our frustration.Stay away from this person he has good sales team by name of Sunil and Santosh who speak in style while getting money from you and then turn their backs and act completely indifferent once you have paid. I am running around for my own hard earned money and will further spend money in legal expenses. Not taking in consideration the amount of valuable time wasted and the unwanted stress levels.Please stay away from any of the projects of Rashmi for your own good.

Dec - 2010 - Booking a Flat in Rashmi Starcity Naigaon - Possesion Promised - 2.5 Years. Current Year - July 2017, Its Just 7 floor constructed since 2 years and after that no Constuction at all. The site looks like a Graveyard. The main bosses of Rashmi Star city are just big Gujjus Bluffmasters."BADI BADI BAATEIN, AUR MOOH KHOLKE KHATE".  They will just give you big big gyaan, but not the possesion. Everytime you go and ask the office people in Naigaon Office, you get a same answer from everyone. The staff are very well trained there. Specially Sunilbhai  & Sachinbhai. Now they have started saying posseion in Oct 2018. Lets c and wait for another date of possesion in OCT 2018.

DONT INVEST IN ANY RASHMI BUILDER PROJECT. THEY ARE BIGGEST CHOR. THEY DONT EVEN WILL BUY THEIR OWN FLATS AT AN APPRECIATED VALUE AND WHEN EVEN ASKED THAT FORGET THE APPRECIATION OR INTEREST, GIVE BACK WAHT WE HAVE PAID, THEY ALSO DENY THAT.

BEWARE OF THIS CHOR FAMILY. THEY WILL GET BAD BLESSINGS FROM ALL THE PEOPLE WHOM THEY HAVE CHEATED AND PLAYED WITH THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.
