Invested in rashmi star city naigaon mumbai in 2012. Possesion was to be given in may 2015. 70 percent if money already given. Now builder delaying possesion date every year and 3 yrs have passed. Applied for cancellation in sept 2017. No commitment when money will be returned.

I am sorry to read MISLEADING DETAILS provided here above. as Rashmi Housing is dealing in AFFORDABLE HOUSING and have never ever offered high end amenities like swimming pool in any of its projects.

Also room sizes are small is not something to be complain about. because Rashmi Housing always show the ACTUAL SIZE SAMPLE FLAT before starting the bookings, on the contrary. Rashmi Housing sell property with tag line. "Jaisa Dekha Hai Waisa Hi Milega". means. the sample flat Rashmi Housing shows is bare without any additional interior.

Rashmi Housing maintains 100% transparency, to the extent that it never showcases interiors which it's not going to deliver.

A sincere request to prospective home buyers not to jump to any conclusion before you personally visit the booking office and sample flat. We are sure every home buyer is wise enough to work out its own benefit in all the manner.

Avoid properties from this builder. I am staying in vasai from last 5 yrs, but still my building title is not clear. and even builder is not interested also. Avoid at any cost. There is no occupancy certificate till now. no water,

no trans of any bill. Rashmi office has no answer of this. without occupancy certificate I cant trasfer electricity bill which is the most important thing.

I finded in other nearby properties of same builder but everywhere case is the same. DONT WASTE YOU MONEY ON THEM.

I am staying in nagaon in one of his building Rashmi Star City he promises to give well maintained infrastructured house. with well maintained garden swimming pool and with good infrastructure. but, all is opposite he dosent do all is work according to his promises. the kitchen hall bedrooms are very small. so I would suggest you all to take a hosung private limited from an another builder

Hi friends Rashmi bulider is famous bulider I think he ranks 21st in thane distict with lots of fame and lots of money. Now he is developing more building in naigaon area wgich is now under in palghar district. He promises to make buldings properly with garden open space and well maintain infrastructure of the society. But all is opposite. now. I live in one of the society made by him in naigaon RASHMI STAR CITY. With small hall and kitchen and bedroom too. The housing structure is poor. The infra structure is poor. So I would suggest you all to buy private housing society ltd from an another bulider.

My self Anil bhatt,

We( me and my wife vaishali gupta) have booked a flat in rashmi residency bachupally hyderabad on 08/06/2015,

we are from middle class family, we gave 20% amount and thought to take home loan for remaining amount. We decided to take loan from OBC bank because project was approved from OBC but there was some legal issue found by bank latter and they have cancelled our home loan request. Although builder told issue would be resolved but due to some doubt on land and my wife medical situation that time we have decided to cancel the flat and MD( Atul Trivedi) promised us to refund whole 6.39 amount within 3 months.

Till now after lots of followup and request we received only 4.39 lac, remaining 2 lac they are not refunding. My wife is suffering from AS(ankylosing spondylitis) and treatment is so costly which is not cover by any medical insurance. I already sent all medical proofs to Rashmi housing but still they are not understanding our problems. We took personal loan for treatment and all and facing lot of financial problems.

Till now we didnt though to file a case in counsumer court because we though these case and all will take lot of time as we are in need of money as of now so may they will give our refund as soon as possible but its not happening and now we are thinking to file a case.

They had done many projects in all over Mumbai like mostly Mira Road, Naigaon, Vasai they are don here many projects and now the projects are also going on like Mira Road, Naigaon and Vasai mostly people has choice suppose you invest like in Vasai and then after you want to shift like Naigaon or Hyderabad so they have option this money they are arrange for you this is a very nice option all the payment will be calculate as per the site which you want to transfer per sq-ft so you have power and monthly option.

we can say monthly means many people don't have too much money like 3 lakes or 6 lakes so they can book the home and and then monthly investment like 15000-35000 per month you can do like emi it is up-to you which project you choose as per all guidelines they will share you.and before the project completion they invite you for the lucky draw and 2nd or 3rd may be till last floor your name came in the draw so these all are very good things which they are manage.

My uncle was doing a great job in the gulf until he was struck with paralysis of the right hand, and had to wind up everything and comeback to India. He had some savings when he got back here and wanted to invest a part of it in property.

I was going through the newspaper and an every day advertisement of Rashmi builders in it, as well as the station, just made me realise that I could suggest him to invest his money there and get a house. So, we went to their office in Mira Road. The office was neat and everything was presentable. This was about almost four years ago, now. The person explained the following to us:



  • A 1-BHK of 400 square feet area would cost us a 13.5 lakhs on paper and 15 lakhs in total(including the stamp duty and other charges).



  • The tower would be under construction and we would get the possession after three years.



  • The flat and floor will be decided on lottery basis after the building is constructed completely.



  • We had to pay a booking token of 3 lakhs and pay an EMI of 10, 000 per month for 3 years, and the rest of the amount once the possession is provided.



  • We had to fill in a form and an MOU(Memorandum Of Understanding) would be provided to us on booking, which would later be changed with Power of Attorney after possession.





This sound quite interesting and we decided to book a house. The good thing is that the cost of the house today is about 20 lakhs.
