Sold agricultural land as plots but never gave proper documentation. It's been several years.

Now nobody in their office wants to give a straight answer. Every single time they give a new phone number of a person who never picks up the phone. Ranjeet Developers has several cases in court which are dragged. They are in the business of duping people. They have projects in rural areas such as Undri areas which were either not completed or never had proper handing over to the customer. D O NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRET!

Have booked 3 BHK level from Ranjeet Designers Pune close Wellesley Street. I have paid them 3-4 lac as propel booking in 2016 and after that I have paid all percent of the full installment yet at the same time now they has not conveyed my level back. At first they has revealed to me it would cost 33 lac INR lac and they would hand over the level in 19 th June 2017 however now they are asserting I have to pay 10 lac INR more because of GST then they would begin developing my level. They has finished just 60 percent of developments. I have called to the venture supervisors yet they are not accepting my calls. I have called to client mind however the client mind are less experienced as they can't ready to give appropriate points of interest when they would handover my flat.I had awful involvement with this organization so I suggest don't purchase any pads under this organization.
