Yes this company completely fraud. I invest in this project in 2012. I book 900 square feet Ruby bangalo but after almost three years there is no progress in project at all. So I ask for my money return back after long struggle they gave me cheques and when I deposite this cheques all cheques get bounce. So from last 4 years I am fighting in court to return my money back.

Do not trust this project this is completely fraud project trust me.

Take away your funds and never stick to their own commitment do not fall prey of bluffmaster. Sanju Kashyap and his team have made a lot of commitment to me. Took the entire money 5 years back and never did what they promised.

As per agreement the funds were to be returned immediately on failure at their end but still not returned the demand for last 18 months.

Visited many Real Estate Developers and every Developers has a certain problem. After a lot of search I found RAM AGRI INFRA INDIA PVT LTD. I stuck there and very impressed with the Site, surroundings and with the amenities like swimming pool, gym and the park, resort and many more. They even took me to this Mantra Paradise Resort which they build few years back and it was just jaw dropping. Amazing infrastructure, pools, villas, studio apartments. Breathtaking it was. Readers Must go!!

The Site's are surrounded by greenery which looks beautiful and feels peaceful. The space is Huge. The surroundings are so peaceful. The best Place to invest your money that I would suggest. Because "Land is the ultimate resource from where all the wealth is created"

-Recently Brought 1800sq.ft Plot in this project The Dreamsity- Kude Near Virar Toll Naka On Mumbai- Ahmedabad Highway NH8. Papers/ Legal all clean everything.Even Though I Heard and seen many things about this project and the company that they are fraud, bogus etc..etc..but I have done some Research and even talked to my CA about it then only I have invested. They accept the fact that project was delayed but it was just because of change is district from thane to Palghar. now things are back in track.

PS: Not Posting This on behalf of company but all I am saying is if you have any doubts our anything just Call/Email whatever you prefer and speak up.
