Stay away from Ramky Towers

I was one of their earliest purchaser and am utterly disappointed. The location, concept, timing, promise and the whole idea was great, however even after 5 years of being on the project the developer is yet to deliver. Ramky is not a popular name going by its reputation of earlier residential projects in Hyderabad and Bangalore. There were immense hopes of proving that reputation wrong as Ramky was pinning great hopes of striking big based on this flagship project - Ramky Towers - they had ventured into.

Totally disconnected with reality, they seem to be using their political connections to come out unscathed in spite of total dis-satisfaction on most aspects. Just a simple chat with any of the existing residents will confirm this, their service, maintenance and reputation. One must check the popular apartment association portals like https://commonfloor.com, https://appartmentadda.com or https://apnacomplex.com to check the frustrations of the residents.

It wonders me why builders adopt such dubious methods when they can honestly deliver what they have charged and promised for and bask in the goodwill it earns them. This review is just a caution to all the prospects who are considering Ramky Towers and its future projects to be careful and ask them to write down in agreement on what they will deliver, how and the other rudiments of the proposal. Still better stay away from this builder as he is not reliable and such people must be shunned totally to get them to realize their high-handedness.
