The apartment building we live in my and my wife and 2 kids is a complete wreck. The building is of poor quality starting from the design to the materials used. A simple walk around the exterior of the building will show just how unqualified the builders are. The bricks used are bulging out in a very noticeable way they used long uncut pieces of boards as molding(very tacky). Until about a week ago there was no way for a handicap/disabled individual to enter the premises if they did not park in the paid parking. So in other words the only way for one with a disability to enter was by rolling/walking around since the curb is a foot high. This also makes bringing in groceries and furniture a nightmare if you refuse to pay for the parking.

When you enter the building the poor quality continues on every floor. In the stairwells a mixture of wood and steel were used for the steps. This is strange as the distance between steps changes making a simple walk downstairs noticeable. In the individual apartments is where things get really bad. The floors are uneven, lights are uneven and doors as well. The water heater is a joke 5 min showers max before you have to hit the reset button mid shower. The poor design and construction continues into the kitchen. The cabinets have no floors so you have to rest your pots and pans on the floor. The bathroom materials are cheap and are already falling apart. The A/C units are not properly sealed off so in the winter the unit is 15-20 degrees below what it is outside costing an astounding amount to heat such a small unit.

Very Worst builder with my experience. Heavy delay, not doing anything ethically. We need to fight for getting everything. They are constructing a 3 year project(Coconut Grove) for a decade(10 years) and still not yet fully completed. They gave my booked flat only after 6 years from the date of my booking, forced to live in the construction site for a long time with lot of sufferings. Amenities are not as per the brochure or standards, they are just for the namesake. Don't trust all the positive reviews posted here, they are all planned'made beliefs'. we lodged a case in TNRERA(Real Estate regulatory authority). Go to " tnrera.in/tnrera_judgements.php", click the "Complaints" link, then click "Before the Authority(Form M) List of cases for which the final order is passed" link, then search for "Ramani Realtors", there you go. These are the real proofs which will talk about the builder. I sill have many proofs with me. If you still want to buy anything from this builder then its your wish and your headache. if at all you want to buy, please buy a fully completed one(with all amenities) at your own risk, but don't trust their words.
