The worst building ever come across. The building is horrible with only bgrade materials used for construction. I am also doubtful if the building may collapse soon. Looks pathetic. The apartment is like a breeding place for mosquitoes and other insects. No proper drinage system. The pool water keeps leaking and stains the cars in the basement with permanent colours.

There is no water treatment plant, No generator. This Builder, operating with the name Rakesh Builders and Developers is a fraud, he has cheated all buyers, took extra long to complete the project, and still continues to cheat other buy making false claims.

The gym has hopeless equipements and they are also dirty to touch, again the gym is filled with mosquitoes. The builder also promised a departmental store, now denies it. This is definately not a good place to live, beware of this cheater, Rakesh builder. The apratment is 2 years old with less than 10% owners occupied and already most metal parts are rusted and withering, even the swimming pool rails. As well as the staircases.
