Builder Number 1 Fraud. Worst Construction. We booked There. But they didn't refund a single amount after cancellation. 25000/- was the booking amount. Total unprofessional back office and marketing stuffs. Hopeless Employee = Subham Poddar and Rest all. "Bengali Hoye Bengali Der Taka Marish Tora, Ekdin Takar Obhabe Morbi". There Main Project Rajwada Royal Garden also the Same Situation. For one tower they took 100 years ??. Be careful, All Materials are Worst. Otherside Using Bengali People's Money Owner is Buying Sports Car 3-4 Crores Rupees Daily. Just Horrible Situation for Kolkata. Don't Buy Any Flat From Rajwada. Otherwise "Shani Dev" Will Come to your house.

Senior advocates don't help

No training/orientation

No work no pay

No bonus

No increment

No sick leave

No casual leave

No national holidays

Etc.

Cannot use the terrace.

We cannot use the terrace for our entertainment puprose and this is unfair because we cannot use a common area even though everybody should have equal rights to the common areas.

This is a high-rise building and they do not have any fire fighting systems that work. They are very callous and careless and that can be seen in other areas of the property as well.

Lack of entertainment services

Basic entertainment services are not provided in any of the nearby places. This leads to a feeling of boredom among people living in the vicinity. This creates a big problem.

Construction not safe near the metro

The construction and the built up of metro is not safe for the nearby residential apartment members, since the entrances to the stations are being constructed on busy and congested roads. This may further add onto the congestion. This has to be taken care of seriously before it incurs any loss.

They did not keep us informed.

The maintenance fee at this place is really high and they do not give us the amenities and facilities that are needed so I am wondering why the maintenance fee is so high.
