This place is right near the railway station and we can hear a lot of noise at this place. It becomes difficult to sleep at night because of this reason.

There are many construction projects that lack proper build up of clear and concise construction of waterproof windows and that has led to many houses that have temporarily decided to shift from their current residency into other neighbourhood projects that are also under current development tags.

Rajparis never ever give possession as per the commitment. You will end up in loss if you buy property from Rajparis. Poor management and customer support. Just to sell a House they will say anything but once you buy it then that it. Then you need to beg them for possession. They will ask money for small small things as well.

Their building quality is ok. But your experience of buying a home from this builder may not be good. Their sales team will not yield anything to you. They will ensure smooth transaction till document registration. For getting possession, you need to use all your skills.

Rajparis is a builder who supposedly had a good reputation. But this builder is going from Good to Bad to Worse in no time.

Visit Rajparis Sarovar at Medavakkam, speak to its residents and get to know more.

Structure and Construction-wise, they are definitely second to none. But their tag line "Quality Since 1980" will only be a thing of the past if they do not improve the quality of the goods used in basic necessities like Electricity, Plumbing and other stuff.

These people have had good reputation among various circles previously due to their good quality of construction.

But recently, I heard one of my friends who has booked in two of their projects complain about the lack of quality and cost cutting that has crept into their recent projects. Hearing this, I visited both his houses(one is old, other one is almost complete). I could see that what he was saying was true. This made me think twice before booking there and I dropped my plan of booking there.

I had visited this builder in one of the property show in Chennai on Jun 2015 and I have shown my interest on one of the their projects RajParis Sarovar in Medavakkam(near Pallikaranai).

After few round of negotiation, they called me on one Friday to have a final discussion with their deciding authority person(who is the son of the Builder).

We have finalized the SQFT price and locked it for booking and they forced me to pay a booking advance and paid a booking advance of Rs 1001/-(as I just went for discussion I didnt carry cheque book). As per the discussion they asked me to provide booking amount of 1 lac on Monday and 20% of the total flat cost in 1 week. We agreed upon few conditions about the payment and proceeded further. They said on Saturday they will visit my lawyer for legal opinion(seems they know my lawyer).

On Monday nobody turned up to pickup the booking cheque. When I called them they said, the price we locked will not workout as they got another party for a better price. I was shocked as I already booked this flat and paid an token advance, if a flat is booked for a client not sure how they can book the same flat for other person. Ideally it should be in booked state. They simply said, will return back your token advance. After several calls to them, finally they gave my token advance back. If they are booking a already booked flat, not sure about the reliability of the builder on the promises he made to the customers. Kindly be careful from this builder. Thank God for saving me from this cruel cheating builder.
